The LadyBird is an AOI inspection terminal for through hole hand insertion or automated insertion components.  The LadyBird AOI System is for validation of correct parts placement, orientation, polarity and excessive inclination of hand insertion components.  The Ladybird AOI system will provide component inspection with complete fault coverage for hand assembly pre-solder and post processes along with automated insertion.  There is an optional software upgrade for solder side inspection capability available.

FINAL ASSEMBLY BUILD AOI

Here is an application for a final assembly box build.  The inspection needs to confirm the position of the dial, the switch and the proper installation of the wires to the terminal blocks.  Please see some application pictures below and the video of the passing and failing inspections.
