Electronic Assembly Products (EAP) is pleased to announce that John W. Johnson III has joined EAP.
In 2012, John developed a passion for sales and wine by pursuing a career as a sommelier, passing both the Introductory Sommelier and Certified Sommelier exams. This success in his home state of Ohio led him across the country to one of the most prestigious restaurants in the world, The French Laundry. The standard of excellence in such a meticulous and process-driven environment ultimately opened a new field of opportunity for John.
From 2020 until present, John has been the Supervisor for Constellation Brands wine production site in Monterey County, California. His operations-based role consisted of process improvement, quality audits, 5S, Six Sigma and Lean. He received a Corporate Quality Award from Constellation Brands, Inc. as well as his Green Belt Certification from Six Sigma Global Institute in 2022.
An initiative for continuous improvement and a passion for excellence have given John the drive to succeed throughout his career. With EAP, John is eager to share his unique experience in a new industry. As a new father, John is excited to bring his family back home to Dayton, Ohio.

Doug Misener joins the EAP Florida Team!!!!

Electronic Assembly Products (EAP) is pleased to announce that Doug Misener has joined EAP in the Florida market. Doug will be joining as a sales representative for EAP covering the wester Florida territory.
Doug Misener is an accomplished Account Manager, with years of experience. Residing in the Tampa, FL area with his wife, two girls and one grandchild.
Prior to joining the EAP Team, Doug spent his career within the electronics industry. Starting at Harris Semiconductor as a technician and then moving to an engineering position where he worked directly with customers. This is when Doug found his passion working with end users. Customer focus led him into distribution sales with Techni-Tool supporting electronics and military customers within Florida. With over 30 years of experience Doug held roles as an Account Manager and Regional Manager where he supported a team due to his vast amount of product knowledge in the industry. In both roles he was rewarded several times as Account Manager and Regional Manager of the year.
Outside of work Doug spends his time boating with the family as well as fishing and hunting. Several nights a week you can find him at the ice rink lacing up the skates to play some competitive hockey.
